In-House Membership Plan
Our Smile Membership Plan is designed for patients without dental insurance, providing affordable preventive care and exclusive savings on additional treatments throughout the year.

Membership Terms
- This is a discount membership plan offered directly by Keysmiles Dental and is not dental insurance.
- Benefits are valid only for services provided at Keysmiles Dental and are non-transferable.
- Included preventive services must be used during the 12-month membership period and do not roll over or have cash value.
- Membership discounts cannot be combined with dental insurance benefits or other promotional offers for the same procedure.
- Patients are responsible for payment of any services not included in their selected membership plan, less the applicable membership discount.
- Membership renews automatically at the current annual fee unless written notice of cancellation is provided at least 30 days before the renewal date.
Cherry Financing
Cherry makes it easy to pay for treatment with flexible monthly payment plans. The application takes less than a minute, uses a soft credit check that won’t impact your credit score, and qualified applicants may be eligible for 0% APR financing. Payment plans are available for up to 60 months, subject to approval.
CareCredit
CareCredit is a healthcare credit card that allows you to finance dental treatments with convenient monthly payments. Qualified applicants may be eligible for promotional financing options and can check if they prequalify with no impact to their credit score before applying.
